The heat issue is over sold. I've towed plenty with mine. Epa tune, car trailers loaded no issues.

I think it was discussed and tossed due to the already limited airflow there from the intercooler, trans, radiator, and ac coil. Adding anything in front of that already over used stack would result in issues down stream.

So do you attribute the aluminum to wear or flux? Is it simply the fact I didn't run it as long and the oil is poor over 5k miles?

Last run using tdt. Glad to say my aluminum went down. Curious about others opinion on the drop in Al. Now I'm running delvac for 5k and will post those results probably in March/April. Hopefully it performs better.

I have the gde with engine breaking. It is noticeable for sure. Off the gas pedal, rpm above 2500.. to the previous poster that said it's not noticeable, something must be wrong.

What are the details here?

Super low fuel in a diesel, any diesel, is risky. Air In the lines can damage the pump quickly.

Just added these to my jtsd with the clayton 2.5 lift. Will be towing a car with full bed in the coming weeks. Will update how it goes.

Easily. I hit 1300 on my ScanGauge at full throttle pulls.

There's no way your EGT is that low at that boost pressure.
