I knew they made magnetic keycaps for the doors so I just search for "magnetic button", "magnetic cover", "magnetic cap" etc.. and those came up in one of my Amazon searches. I had previously measured the keyhole size and it was just great luck that those fake earrings were the exact size needed.

I put on one for my wife to mess with her. Gotta say I'd be disappointed if I really wanted those for actual earrings. They don't hold very well at all... Or I've got fat-ass ears. I filed the extra 3 away in my growing extra parts bin, in case I ever lose the one on the Jeep.

I have similar ones from @Threedom. I just couldn't find the equivalent for the tailgate keyhole, due to it being a recessed design.
