Msg someone yesterday with a 392 and his project which is a jk. He also suggested your positive impression on adding sector shaft brace from metal cloak. Going to install once time is available. How is yours holding up?
@Lunentucker I am installing synergy drag today. On the torque spec paper is that listed as “sta bar link”? Is it 60 or is Mojave different at 75 ft#. No I doubt it makes a difference more peace of mind benifit
2021 Mojave
Ever since the dealership replaced my front axle @10k miles-I have been getting a slightly hoppier ride that seems to be comming from the same area that was replaced.
they said they replaced the front axle including the entirety of the components.
Any insight on what I should...
completely agree,
Even if they come stock with that 1/8th free or dead space when you rotate it, soon it will expand into more looseness if your driving these where they are meant to be
if it is feasible and you think about it next time your out, can you show a video ofyour drag link to show us what sort of play you are getting when putting a hand on it
Is there a slight chance you could dive in depth? I can not for the life of me break the screw inside the nut from steering box.
If you can’t give more detail maybe I’ll have somebody take a look.
it’s Sunday so I have the day to spend some time in the garage….
Thanks for clip.
here is a clip of what I believe is too much slack. From what you tell should I attempt a second try and do a 1/8th turn of s box
@Radio Guy ?
So I hate to repeat something that I havnt installed yet, but everyone including fox says you do not need a different bolt.
Either way I have a bolt on the way just incase you guys are right.
I was able to use my carriage bolt for my falcon nexus, will see about fox ats
I believe you bought a Mojave to replace this older issue. However I have a Mojave 21 built after June 21 and I have replicated this issue with mine. Anybody who finds out relative information on solution, share.
Been to every dealer in 40 mile radius
this was probably the greatest feedback through out my forum exploration, AND with a bulletin.
