Highway, unloaded, except for misc personal belongings (<100lbs) with winch and bumper, bed cover, everything else stock: 24.5 best and that's holding it at 2k rpm @ approx. 76mph
That is true, I greased up the poly bushings on several installs, but a squeaking rubber will drive ya nuts, that why I said LIGHTLY lubricate, like barely put it on there. The clamp will put enough pressure on the bar/bushing to prevent free slip
So....will the higher rated max tow fan fit into a standard Sport w the diesel? That may be a start, with the strategy in the PCM or stand alone controller to run a larger fan at a designated temp (thermostat driven)
yeah, Sirius is seriously a bunch of crap....I used to have them in most of my vehicles, but the pricing never stops going up. I played the call and threaten to delete and got a better rate, but the whole thing is just CRAP....carplay w iHeart and Im good
Im looking at several. I think the Mishimoto one is too high in price, although it looks like a well thought out system. I may end up back in that direction after its all said and done. I like the baffled cans with a sintered bronze phase separator. A very fine mesh screen sometimes works. I...

Come on, even with a diesel, is this doing 55 mph only? I try to keep my foot out of it on my diesel, and keep it at 2k rpm when on the interstate, and my best was 24, most of the time 23.6
I started out using the factory recommended on the door sticker, then started playing around with 34, 36, etc....and although at 36 they seemed to ride better, I started seeing some strange wear on some of the tread lugs. I have a 12k winch and a custom bumper. So I went up to 40 cold and they...
'22 Willys diesel: a few interior mods, winch and bumper, 1.5 spacer lift on front, some other mods to exterior, LED lighting, bed liner and hard cover, CAI, dpf back exhaust, added ACE rock rails over the stock Rubi ones....
Im getting some chips and scratches from off road and hwy driving on the stock Willys wheels. Does anyone know if there is touch up paint for them to at least cover these spots
Thanks in advance
