Our non lifted 21 Mojave rides better then my wife’s 2019 JL Sahara both loaded. Mojave ride better without the cap on and rides even better with the cap on. I think it is the wheelbase difference…..Jack

I wrapped a couple layers of good electrical tape over the synthetic line on your thimble as dirt and UV are bad and the sun will beat on just that little critical section in your thimble. Nice install…..Jack

The spacer they are talking about is at the front and there is perhaps 1.5-2” of space between battery and front of battery tray if you have the smaller. There are a couple options that trigger a larger battery. Get the bigger one no matter what you have!….Jack
