  2. badlands 12000lb - remote solenoid?

I don’t know how easy Warns is, I moved mine. Do a search for this. It might help. Apex Winch Mod - move positive cable.
  3. Transfer Case Skid bolt spinning

I purchased one of these. Way better than a torch IMO. Definitely safer. Maybe you can rent one somewhere near you?
  4. Transfer Case Skid bolt spinning

I had this happen on my 2020 JT. I think it happened to a few others here too. In my case, I had to cut the head off and then cut the nut out. Then I was able to purchase a longer bolt and nut. The bolt was long enough to go through the cross member and attached the nut on top of the cross...
  5. 2 Dudes 1 wrench podcast - Mojave

    That’s disappointing to hear.
  6. 2 Dudes 1 wrench podcast - Mojave

I was jealous watching them blast around the desert. Fun to watch.
  7. 2 Dudes 1 wrench podcast - Mojave

I was thinking we just rename Christmas National Mojave Owners day! No politics implied….?
  8. 2 Dudes 1 wrench podcast - Mojave

Now that I have a Mojave I’m going to keep it stock and enjoy what it does well. If I find myself doing more Rubicon things I’ll probably just mod it and keep the benefit of a stronger frame and steel knuckles. Who knows…?!
  9. 2 Dudes 1 wrench podcast - Mojave

Yeah I found them to be pretty informative and he has an interesting sense of humor.
  10. 2 Dudes 1 wrench podcast - Mojave

I stumbled onto this new podcast today on YouTube. It was their first show. ( 2 dudes and a wrench). If you’re a Mojave owner you might find it interesting. Talked about shocks, lifts, and winch install to name a few. I’ve also watched their channel and followed some of the build that they did...
  11. Mojave rear shocks are bad at 18,000 miles

If that’s the case, I wonder if the Fox service department will rebuild my shocks to a higher standard than they were from Mopar?
  12. Mojave rear shocks are bad at 18,000 miles

Sorry to hear about your shocks. I really don’t have any suggestions except don’t assume they checked all of the shocks. Make sure they check the front shocks. Mine gave me no indication that the were bad, but they definitely were. Unfortunately, I have you beat. I have a 21 Mojave with 10k...
  13. Fox Internal Bypass Shock

It went from bad to can’t get much worse! All 4 shocks are dead. I removed all of them, emailed the Fox service for my RA # and got them packed up for rebuild. I can push on them and they compress in one inch stages. It compresses for about one inch, stops, then compresses a little more, stop...
  14. Fox Internal Bypass Shock

Thanks. They should be under Jeep warranty, but I have no hope that any local dealer will work with me in any reasonable amount of time. I’m going to try contacting Fox directly and see if that might be a quicker path.
  15. Fox Internal Bypass Shock

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but this is the first set of internal bypass shocks that I have owned. Normally when I remove one of the bolts on a shock, it usually starts to extend until it has maxed out. I just remove the lower bolt on my fox IB shock and it didn’t move (didn’t extend at...
  16. URGENT dealer wants to charge me $145 for "recalibration to new tire size"

When I first put 35s on my old JT, I called and asked the dealer to recalibrate. The girl that answered in the service department told me “we can’t do that, but all of us here use super chips - flashcal”. Being new to Jeep, I thought what great service department. Yeah ?Bertera Jeep of West...
  17. New Competition: 6th Gen 2024 Ranger / Ranger Raptor Deliveries + First Press Reviews Are In

Why do people keep paying these prices? $80k! I keep hearing how dealers are suffering on sales. Guess they are the exception? What a joke.

  19. How to Remove Plastic Panel Behind Rear Seats

Not to be a downer, but I broke mine trying to get it off. There is a post about this somewhere. I think someone had a solution. Maybe try a search.
