I had this happen on my 2020 JT. I think it happened to a few others here too. In my case, I had to cut the head off and then cut the nut out. Then I was able to purchase a longer bolt and nut. The bolt was long enough to go through the cross member and attached the nut on top of the cross...

Now that I have a Mojave I’m going to keep it stock and enjoy what it does well. If I find myself doing more Rubicon things I’ll probably just mod it and keep the benefit of a stronger frame and steel knuckles. Who knows…?!

Sorry to hear about your shocks. I really don’t have any suggestions except don’t assume they checked all of the shocks. Make sure they check the front shocks. Mine gave me no indication that the were bad, but they definitely were. Unfortunately, I have you beat. I have a 21 Mojave with 10k...

It went from bad to can’t get much worse! All 4 shocks are dead. I removed all of them, emailed the Fox service for my RA # and got them packed up for rebuild. I can push on them and they compress in one inch stages. It compresses for about one inch, stops, then compresses a little more, stop...

Thanks. They should be under Jeep warranty, but I have no hope that any local dealer will work with me in any reasonable amount of time. I’m going to try contacting Fox directly and see if that might be a quicker path.
