Your previous car shaped that perspective. I have driven 2 door TJ jeeps for basically my driving life.
I got in the JT and went "HOLY CRAP I'm driving a Rolls Royce. I have cruise control! Everything is so plush - and the front top comes off. I can drive AND talk on the phone at the same time...
What, just because USOIL is up 25% this week alone? ;)
The Cushing oil reserves have been really low for some time - this is also reflecting that.
At $3.50 gallon, I projected it was cheaper than it had been in the last 50 years.
I estimated to be on par with mid 2000's - mid 2010's prices...
I ordered the bedrug via RealTruck and it came within the week. I wanted the 10%, but couldn't wait month for it. NOTE: if you're in a cold state, it requires a temp of 67'ish to install
Anyone recommend a clear wrap (3m, etc) that covers both sides of the tailgate that is "peel and stick" without removing lettering, etc ?
Example: This kit appears to be front side, but no backside

I get the idea of wanting to build the JT up and thinking it looks bad stock.
I think some stock can still look pretty good. Here's my 22 with the black wheel upgrade. I've driven 2 door Wranglers for 15 years - and decided I had enough of the big wheel beatdown.
I bought the Vehicle OCD tray for the lower console, and keep them there. Out of the way
