Can you swap around the Track arm bolt should give some clearance, bolt is in same way as my factory setup but there is more clearance and looks like aftermarket control arms, perhaps they can be adjusted ?

I did it years ago and held up fine, had to cut a 1/2” x 1/2” slot in mudflap bracket , and put that on under sway bar brace , I have narrow tires and have the mudflaps all the way in, so they don’t stick out much. Yours is fine also. ……Jack

Don, plans change you know that, adapt and overcome , put it back together take the trip , come back to the RCVs being here , pull it apart , truss the axle , strip the diff install new seals, a set of perhaps Dana 4:88, and drive out to AMW and get the 5.7 slapped in!
