Are your settings at LOW, as in the temperature slides? You can have the A/C on stun but If'n your temperature setting slide is at HI, you throw heat. Discovered when I thought I knew everything. Or if'n your sync is off, one side could be on LO (blue) and the opposite side on HI (red)
