I realized I misspoke, I do have both halves of the Velcro on the strap, but if I roll the cover all the way up so it's "tight" they don't match up. It's almost like I have to leave it unrolled a half a roll for the straps to stick together but then it seems like it's not rolled all the way...
Had my Jeep a week now, and have to move a fridge today. Figured rolling up the tonneau would be common sense. Rolled it, looped the straps through the plastic catches at the front and back over, and the velcro is one-sided...there's no loop half on the strap for the hook side to grab onto...
I realize the unlikelihood of finding anyone interested in this, but just throwing it out there...I have a Sarge Green Rubi with unpainted flares. Anyone interested in trading me their painted flares for my unpainted? Plus cash if they're already Sarge. MUST BE RUBICON FLARES YOU'RE NOT...
Picked up my Rubi Saturday. Ordered 8/16 which seems like it might be one of the fastest factory turnarounds here. 6.5% below invoice plus $1k off for financing through Koons. I highly recommend Craig if you're ordering.
Lots of options but the only one that matters is the third pedal.
I had the bedliner and just picked up my Jeep Saturday. Didn't prolong it a bit. In fact it seems like mine got built in record time, 35 days from order to delivery.
Which you don't have to do. It happens automatically. And it's pretty much invisible. I never even notice when my truck shuts down or starts up. This is simply a case of "you can't tell me what to do".
Minor issue, but I just picked up my factory ordered JT on Saturday and it was missing the slush mats I ordered with it. Backordered, no ETA, so they just dropped them from my order and didn't even tell the dealer. Ordered a set on ebay, we'll see if they arrive. Dealer said they're having...
Just picked up my Rubicon on Saturday and the whole experience couldn't have been better. Craig was extremely communicative throughout despite obviously being very busy, they actually gave me more for my trade than I was expecting, and Craig even took time out of his day to watch some of the...
The guy who is doing mine next week does both WoolWax and Fluid-Film. He recommends WoolWax for brand-new vehicles as it is thicker and sticks better to clean, smooth surfaces. Fluid-Film for not-so-new because it's thinner and will "soak" through surface rust, dirt, etc better. I'm picking...
If you're going to lift it just for looks, and never take it off road, you don't need to pay for ANY of the extra Rubicon or Mojave stuff. You're going to change the only thing about them you'd use anyway. Just get a Sport or Overland if you want all the luxo stuff and save ten grand.
Check out the Koons Group Buy thread, VA is at least a little closer to you than TN. Mine was 6% below invoice, 0.5% off for TL, and $1K off for financing with then. And, if it's not a Rubicon or Mojave you get another $750 off if you're military (unfortunately for me - but fortunately for me...
Same issue here. My truck is built and in transit now, GG was $100 more than even when the dealer put my order together. There were a couple other things too, but none was even in the ballpark of double the cost. To be honest, I really thought $95 was unrealistically cheap.
Yeah, my two cents is if someone is that stupid, report it stolen, and let them get caught since every time they go through a tollbooth they're getting their picture taken with it. And you're not really losing anything anyway - you can dispute charges, and even if you didn't have it in the...
How are you guys getting emails from Jeep Wave? I got an email from Cryptostickers and followed up with Jeep Chat and my dealer but this is the first I'm hearing about Jeep Wave.
Mine just went into JB yesterday. Hopefully getting close.
My dealer says:
" This is where it is getting the Rubicon hood, decals, dual top, trailer tow package, ect.. "
I didn't realize so much stuff had to get vendor-installed. I also have a tonneau, bedliner, etc.
