  1. Congrats! You're the WORST!

I've been reading your stuff since January and you stay mainly focused on the thread and I don't remember a "butt head" comment, but I'm old too.
  2. is 0W-20 really the right oil ?

I wish I could say that wasn't me too. My Tacoma TRDPro is a 2018 and my JTR has an ETA at the dealer 7/1, and I already have my Tacoma sold for the original MSRP.
  3. STOLEN from my driveway this morning! New Jeeps are crazy easy to steal apparently...

I'm really sorry about that. I lost a car to theft 10 years ago in Oakland. You kind of expect it there, but Ontario. I hope they find it and it's in good condition. I've always been suspect of no hood latch like we have in the Tacoma and Subaru.
  4. Is it easy to steal a Jeep?

I had a CJ-5 for 15 years and lived in San Diego and Arizona. I rarely had the doors on, and never lost a thing, but I traded that in in 1988. Much has changed.
  5. Auxiliary Battery Jump

I assume that most all cars will have that option as standard soon enough. My BMW Z4 had it and I liked the ease of use.
  6. Auxiliary Battery Jump

She was sitting in the Forester talking to a friend for an hour or so with the lights on and the key in the ignition. Then I got the call...
  7. Rubicon with no aux switches?

    Good deal, I'd say.
  8. Auxiliary Battery Jump

Or bring it up to TDC. Remember that?
  9. Auxiliary Battery Jump

Yeah, me too. I've only had to use it on my wife's Subaru. If you leave the key in the ignition the lights will stay forever until the battery sulfates... Come on Subaru. With the new no key ignitions, like the Gladiator no problem.
  10. Auxiliary Battery Jump

I still have screwdrivers with melted lead on them (I'm 73).
  11. Auxiliary Battery Jump

    out of stock on ebay
  12. Auxiliary Battery Jump

Can you call AAA from 20 miles from the nearest paved road - LOL. I know there's a guy in Moab that will come get you, but in rural New Mexico (5th largest state only 2 million people) no chance. I do carry a NOOCO charger off road, but a failed ujoint? Jeeps Spicer ujoints are "lubed for...
  13. Rubicon with no aux switches?

Ok, which option(s) didn't you get!
  14. Rubicon with no aux switches?

Yes, it's 700 CCA, plenty to work behind a winch.
  15. Rubicon with no aux switches?

I had to order the switches in my JTR.
  16. Congrats! You're the WORST!

When I think of "Gladiator" I think Jeep or 4X4, not truck necessarily.
  17. Congrats! You're the WORST!

As a former owner of five Tacomas - the Gladiator is just as much a truck as a Tacoma, and a much better off-road vehicle (at least the Rubicon). I guess that's just my $0.2
  18. Congrats! You're the WORST!

    You mean not too discriminating?
  19. Just Ordered? Check in HERE!

Best to go into mental stasis for four months to preserve your hair and heart rate.
  20. Just Ordered? Check in HERE!

Yeah, mine is 6/22-7/1 to Albuquerque. Must be a typical range. My salesman said it was to the dealer.
