Legally I think all manufacturers have to call them sport bars or such, not roll bar. Mine is custom built but it is not tied into the frame like a true roll bar would be. Technically mine is strong enough to not collapse during a roll over; but as you said, the bed in which it is tied into...
I think the consensus so far today is yes, we are contacting you because we all need more information. All I know right now is you are from Western Michigan and Retired. Everything else is broken and unreadable. Over

What these pictures doesn't show well is the actual "roll bar" is 1/4" DOM Tubing, which is pretty thick for a roll bar and 1/8" mandrel bent cold rolled steel welded on the outside.
One off custom made.

Just to be clear, you are not going to gain any additional lift as a result of Mopar changing from Fox to Bilstein shocks. Shock do not lift a vehicle, the coil springs do. With that said, curious if Mopar changed the spring rating to account for changing the shocks to Bilstein. That will net...
The 2020 Rubicon can not lock the rear axle in 4H, nor is there a software update. 21 -current can with the " super secret button pushing" , but the 2020 will never be able to. No year Rubicon will lock the rear like the Mojave, that feature is model specific.

Your M715 looks awesome.
I think the wide front end/hood makes the M715 look bigger. Based on your measurements though, it is only 6 inches wider.

I've bought, built, wrecked, sold more than I care to remember. In order of purchasing
84 CJ-7 304 V8 - the OG
92 YJ 4.0L Sport - kept it stock
95 YJ 2.5L Rio Grande - 33" tires made it a dog, good beach Jeep though
94 YJ 4.0L Sport - someone swapped a 4.0L into a 2.5L VIN and I got taken
95 XJ...
I had the same thing happen to me twice. 1st time was a local independent tire shop that has great reviews and I've used them in the past. Low profile stick on weights were used, but they stacked one on top of each other at one location. Fortunately weights are soft and the caliper that was...
With all the equipment/weight you have added to your JT, you have probably already exceeded your tow rating. I would do like already mentioned and find a CAT scale and weigh it. Then add whatever other gear you plan on carrying on your trip, plus people.
You may be surprised.
You may be only...
I didn't forget, just didn't mention because I don't off road in areas where breakover angle is needed. I completely understand a lift will raise the body and frame, which also helps approach and departure angles. If my JT is hindered by breakover angle I probably shouldn't be on that type of...
You are asking a loaded question. Batteries can and will fail at the most inopportune time. We have no idea how they have been treated before we get them. I've seen brand new batteries fail within months and I've seen old batteries still holding a charge and working fine.
Your Pacifica...
You say ESS, but nowhere does your invoice say they did anything to the ESS. You had two bad batteries and the dealer hosed you on the cost of them. Not sure how much a fuse array costs, the batteries I would have bought elsewhere.

37x12.50x17 BFG KO2 on stock Wheels. 2023 Mojave. No lift.
I put one washer in the steering stop both sides
I trimmed a little from the inner fender liner
I flexed it as much as I possibly could off road and have zero rubbing or other issues.
I maintained a low center of gravity, which should...
Your post has a lot of information open for discussion. Sorry to hear about your troubles.
I am impressed that your plastic bumper held up. Seems like they can take a hit or two.
I always wondered if Tennessee was a good state to retire in. They seemed to always push their sales pitch on us...
Very well thought out modifications. It is hard to change out the Mojave suspension because you paid a premium for it. But if done properly as you have done, the results are satisfying I bet. Good job.
