  1. Rubicon 4:10 to 4:88 upgrade issues (Jeep DOESNT Cares Case #79708336)

I am wondering if it is actually an air sensor or if they are talking about the lockers. Would like to think they know what they are talking about but at this point I am not sure what to think.
  2. Rubicon 4:10 to 4:88 upgrade issues (Jeep DOESNT Cares Case #79708336)

Yes I drove it for just short of 1000 miles and the only issue I had was the auto start stop. They are telling me it is just a matter of time until and I quote "it burns to the ground"
  3. Rubicon 4:10 to 4:88 upgrade issues (Jeep DOESNT Cares Case #79708336)

From what the service manager said it is 4:10's or nothing due to the air sensor that is built in and programmed for 4:10's and 4:10's only.
  4. Rubicon 4:10 to 4:88 upgrade issues (Jeep DOESNT Cares Case #79708336)

I had Mopar 4:88's installed in my Rubicon by a local Jeep dealership. Before I left the parking lot the auto start stop threw a warning light and became inoperable. I called the dealership and they assumed it was the auxiliary battery and told me I would need to bring it back and let them have...

  7. Seems the most popular wheel option is 17”

I have always used the rule of thumb that the wheels should be +/- half the size of the tires you are going to run. Here are a few links you may find helpful. https://www.fourwheeler.com/how-to/tech-qa/1511-how-wheel-size-affects-off-road-performance/...

  13. Gears for 37" tires

No experience with 5:13's but went 4:88's in my manual (6 spd) Rubi for two reasons. 1- I bought the Mopar Performance Parts 4:88's and had the dealership install them so they couldn't bust my balls if/when I needed any warranty work. 2- When I put a level and tape on my Nitto Ridge Grappler...

Mopar Performance Parts 4:88's installed today. Dealership called to inform me that they had to drive across town to get a set of bearings because I have lockers. Service dept stated they normally reuse the existing bearing but due to the lockers they had to get the new ones. Luckily another...

  19. What do you think the best 37" tires are for everyday driver?

I am really happy with my Nitto Ridge Grappler's (37x11.50R18LT D 127Q) I did the chalk test and running 30psi fronts and 29.5psi in the rear. They are exactly 36" tall when I put the level on them and measure from my garage floor. Bonus - Matching spare @ 30psi fits in the stock spare...
  20. 4.88 or 5.13 w/37”?

May not be helpful but I am going w/ dealership installed Mopar 4:88's so they dont hassle me on any warranty issues. Ultimately will mitigate any need to throat punch a service advisor...win/win all the way around :blush:
