The reason I switched from the 5th wheel was because the tongue weight of the Deluxe model was 500# and a was harder to hook up by myself. The Scamp is actually not a 5th wheel, is is a Gooseneck. The 16 foot standard Scamp weight is 2500# and I was able to jerk it over a hair if I was off...

Is F57 hot always for your dash cam or is it an ignition on only fuse? I have my camera pugged to the cigarette lighter and it is hot when the Jeep is running.

I take it back! I have a digital copy that I was looking at, but I just went down and took the actual out of my file cabinet and it does have my name on it. I never noticed it before.

@kevman65 has a good suggestion. Bill, I don't care for the way the ball plate is welded to the tube. If you set up doesn't quite suit you, try looking at a new one at Wally World. A forged plate welded to the tube would be much stronger and may give you that extra titch in elevation depending...
Yes, this angle I can see it better. I know they do that to make a bigger wake. I liked a wake for trick skiing but not slalom so the straight inboard was suited for those. It looks like it would tow stable.

The owner's manual probably gave the weight bare, without the gymnasium you have mounted as well as any other options you may have elected. By the location of the trailer wheels I assume that is a straight inboard. They are making some models with a V-Drive and the wheels have to be farther...
