Never had a problem. No different than the hinge on the door itself sitting against the hinge on the body when the door is on. I've had this set up for nearly 4 years now and take my doors off often. My son even uses them for his JL and never had that issue.

AEV 2" Spacer lift is amazing. I ran it for a few years before doing to AEVs Dualsport full suspension lift.

I swapped my sons JL Saharas headlights and fender DRLs to LED since unlike mine, the LeD lighting group was one of the only things his didn't come with. for the fender DRL we went with the Morimoto XBs. They're legit. Did a little overview video of them on my YT channel as well.
