  1. Dumbest Mods on the Market

LOL. Agree with this, Especially Florida. I admit, I did do the duck thing early on. Think it was more of a new to the unique community thing for me. But ditched them long time ago. Although not a mod, definitely kind of stupid.
  2. Dumbest Mods on the Market

Although I did have a leveling kit early on as a temporary means before getting my full lift, I will say I don't necessarily mind the minimal factory rake. I'm kind of glad to have it back with my new lift.
  3. Dumbest Mods on the Market

lol. 😂 I agree for sure.. But again I'm not even speaking on preference more than practicality. Although I too(as many) hate angry grills. At least that's more on the lines of personal preference for those who for whatever reason do like them. Unlike the practicality and pointless nature of so...
  4. Dumbest Mods on the Market

So I'm more curious than anything on what others think and wanted to bring up a discussion on this topic in the event maybe there are those out there who are like me. I'll probably catch flack from some people who fall into this category. But oh well, flame me. I don't care. Maybe I'm biased...

  7. New Gladiator Overland owner with questions

Overland owner here on 295/70/18s (35 equivalents) ran them on my stock overland wheels for the longest time before buy new wheels. Ran AEV 2" spacer lift for awhile but just added the AEV dual sport the other day.

  9. Apex Autolynx questions

I too am considering these. I'm also on Bilstein 5100s but with the AEV 2.5 lift. Going to go with the 10.5" stroke as well and hope I don't need to cut into my inner fenders like I've seen some have to do. Really not trying to do that, mainly cause it looks tacky. So hopefully I'm good on that...
  10. Cross Jeep in KY

I do most all of my maintenance there. Never bought from them though. They keep a very nice arsenal of Jeeps though and even better they're an AEV certified dealer. Love the Jeep and Java events they often do. Only ever had one issue there after some maintenance done. Had both my batteries...
  11. Kentucky Sold: Fox Rubicon Suspension (shocks and springs)

I have Rubicon shocks and springs I've ran for just over 2.5 years now, with about 42k miles on them. They've been great coupled with my spacer lift. However recently upgraded to a full suspension lift with shocks and springs included therefore no need for them. Asking $100 for all. Located in...
  12. Kentucky Sold: AEV 2" Spacer Lift JT

AEV 2" Spacer lift. I have a COMPLETE kit (all hardware included). Kit has been great. In very good condition. I've ran it just over a year and a half. Only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I upgraded to AEV's full DualSport 2.5 lift. Therefore I have no used for it. Asking $200. They...
  13. Sarge502: The Practical Overland (Progress Thread)

Update: Finally installed AEV's Dual Sport 2.5 RT suspension. Have been putting this off for the longest so it's well overdue extremely happy with the ride quality so far significant difference. I highly recommend.
  14. AEV JT 2.5″ DUALSPORT RT SUSPENSION - Installation, tips and MOAB results!

So just finished the lift this evening after packing away edit for a few days after work. Super amazed with the ride quality it literally feels like it's hugging the ground and I'm sure it's due to the geo brackets. Definitely more controlled. Side question though for anyone with this lift...
