I’m coming up on 60k miles and planning on a major service. One of the items on the list is to replace the front and rear differential fluid.
In the rear it specifies 75w-85 (many use 75w-90) but I read that Dana says to use 75w-140 for heavy towing and increased protection.
my truck is...
These are parts not used on my recent aluminum front bumper and Badlands winch install. I live in central NC and also go to Asheville frequently ( actually going tomorrow (4/20)) so I could bring parts out there if that works for you.
The parts include:
-winch cover plate
- license plate...
I’m sure we’ve discussed this before but I couldn’t find any info on it.
Has anyone successfully installed this bumper? If so did you have to do any mods? Were you able to use your existing bash plate?
Heres the bumper in question...
I am seriously considering shipping my Gladiator to Iceland next year spending a month or so driving some of the more epic F roads. In reading about it it’s obvious that there will be many, many river crossings and some of them could be deep (and potentially not crossable depending on the...
If you have been on the fence Harbor Freight has been having their 12 days of Christmas sale where one item is drastically reduced and today (and today only) the Apex winch with synthetic rope is $399!
This is the day to treat yourself!
Merry Christmas!
They did it as far back as 1959!

I didn’t want to post this in the 6.4 thread as it had gotten off the rails. If you don’t like seeing what a 5.7 behaves like in a Gladiator don’t bother posting.
No negative comments needed here.
For the rest of us, enjoy!
I know that several of you watch Lake Speeds videos but for those that haven’t heard of him yet here’s how he is breaking in a new Tacoma with a turbocharged 4 cylinder engine… worth a watch.
Here’s a close option and a manual as well…
Hurry, only a couple of hours left to snag this…

Well I just came across the answer to our problems!
Harbor Freight just sent me this listing in their weekly flyer that will finally put our quest to rest. Many choices nd options in one convenient place...
I’m looking to upgrade my brakes and found out that the rear rotors have a larger diameter than the fronts!.
This is the opposite of what is normally found as the front brakes usually do 60-70% of the work.
I even looked at other pick up trucks and they were either larger in the front or the...
I’m on the road and developed a slow leak in my rear tire where it was plugged last year. So I changed the tire and installed the factory spare.
after a few miles the TPMS not working came on and showed that the tire I had just replaced was not reading.
Is there a sensor on the spare or what…...
New, unused spare tire ( no rim) that came off my Rubicon. It’s a FALKEN WILDPEAK A/T, 285/70R17.
I am located in Pinehurst, NC but also go to Asheville, NC and Roanoke, VA. and could meet near those areas if it works for you the next time I’m up there.
Asking $100 which is about a third of...
The website states that it will not fit but I’m wondering why. It ticks all my boxes and since I just picked up a Badlands winch I’d really like to do both installs at once.
Thanks...
Hey guys-
I am just returning from a 42 day trip across the Sahara Desert in Algeria and Tunisia and wanted to share my opinions of the BFG KO2's that were in 5 of the 6 vehicles in our team.
Unfortunately there were no Jeeps on this trip and frankly the Gladiators would not have made it if for...
We recently got back from our month long trip from NC to Colorado, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico. Overall the weather was not as nice as we had hoped but we were prepared. However, not everyone we met along the way was and here is our story..
We were a little ahead of our rough itinerary due to...
