Other than cosmetic, what's the purpose of hinge covers?

Please report back. Hoping the Overlands are more stable than the Rubicons. I'm hearing a lot about adding a steering stabilizer, but read somewhere that adding one will add stress (accelerated wear) to other steering components. Any truth to that?

Actually, I'd be grateful if they pulled mine for a Quality Audit... it would mean they were going over it with a fine-toothed comb (hopefully) and would correct any issues that might otherwise just be delivered to me to deal with.

I think Gator with Softtop was originally all that was available until last week, so shouldn't be a problem.

Yay- my first mod! 1 left + 1 right please. At the risk of asking a dufus question- the intent is to remove the round badge just forward of the front doors and replace with these, correct (meaning the original will pull off pretty easily?) oh- and thanks for playing lead on this!

This totally makes sense.. and we all would appreciate any more clarification you're able to get! My must-have is that it be delivered by the end of the year or I'm screwed on my discount code, so if it doesn't seem likely Gator can be delivered by then, then I need to switch to Black :/

Yeah, I gave him (the sales manager) that instruction but he said he couldn't get it to take on Gator only. All I can do is share these examples of how it works for others and keep bugging him :)
