  1. Clayton Off Road JT Suspension Systems

Anyone know of shops in Colorado that regularly do Clayton installs? I need a shop to partner with and help deciding on how best to approach this project.
  2. Overlanding build out/Adventures

Soun ds like a great trip! I love that area and can't wait to go back. I did lots of that in stock Rubi, and it was slow going for sure... we did it, but thinking of an upgrade! I am looking at the Clayton and Falcon combo... which set did you do? Overland 3.5? You also said you put on 37s, and...
  3. Gladiator Expedition Rigs

From Moab, checkout Rimrocker trail, goes to Montrose in CO… From Montrose you have options. North: head to Marble, Aspen area. 4. Something coming from Ursa Minor

Unfortunately, that website has said that for years. We have all been patiently waiting. I spoke to the owner last year Expo West and he said he had “ideas”, but nothing in the works yet. Has anyone spoken with him recently?
  5. Fishbone Tackle Rack accessories

So I used the quick fists with metal offset brackets for the inside of the rack… work pretty well, nothing has fallen off yet, but admittedly, the quick fists don’t seem to tighten around the shovel well enough to keep it from spinning, but no biggie so far
  6. Any XL bed mounted lockable battery trays out there?

    I have a NL Power Pack 25 that I would like to securely mount to my bed, but all trays I see are for batteries only, not a larger box like the NL25 (495mm x 258mm x 305mm (L x W x H)) (19.5" x 10.2" x 12" (L x W x H)) I have never gone to a fabricator, would this be something they would be able...
  7. Anyone use the National Luna DC25 Powerpack?

I have been going back and forth between a do it yourself board and a Jackery for power when I saw this... seems to fit nicely in between https://www.nationalluna.com/product/power-pack-dc25 Anyone have any experience with these? They have a cheaper one that doesn't do lithium, but I like it...
  8. Adding canvas cover to a rack?

I love my half rack, but would love a bit of dust & water protection back there. Has anyone DIY'd a solution? I am thinking of talking with a local canvas tent maker to see if I can make something. I am envisioning something like this: https://datinfab.com/jeep-gladiator-canvas-cage-bed-rack/...
  9. Fishbone Tackle Rack accessories

In general it is doing the job for me as well. They sent me a whole new bag of nets and bolts, so I doubled up the washers so I wouldn’t have the problem again. I installed a RTT, and attached it directly to the top two bars... pretty sturdy. I ordered some universal maxtrax mounts and got...
  10. How capable is a bone stock rubicon?

My wife and I kept it stock, added a half rack and RTT, then went and did imogene, engineers and mineral creek. Mineral Creek was by far the toughest for us, but after that we knew stock would take us anywhere we wanted to go.
  11. What to do about rodents while camping?

yeah, we eat in the cab while driving... we found a mouse nest in the engine compartment after just one night... crazy. The worst is when they get up and walk around in the RTT... Well it is the name of the game I guess...
  12. What to do about rodents while camping?

So we just got back from an epic overlanding journey through Colorado... it was great, however we constantly had rodents crawling around the bed of the truck T night leaving their droppings everywhere. We slept I a RTT and had coolers and food bins in the cab, as wells a stove we used to cook...
  13. Colorado or Front Range Gladiator owners

I'll be out there next week as well... I am in Denver Area (Nederland), and am still looking at 6 inches of snow on my deck... I refuse to shovel it. Come on Sun! @Mightytalldude Your gladiator should reconnect the sway bar automatically over like ~15 MPH... so if it isn't, get that checked...
  14. Colorado or Front Range Gladiator owners

Nice Spencer! I hope you can find a good window. The smoke is something that ebbs and flows and moves around. We are getting smoke from California and Colorado fires. We tried to head to Buena Vista 10 days ago, but found the smoke to be too bad (especially for my wife) however, the last few...
  15. Will Ursa Minor happen?

That is unfortunate...didn’t think it would take that long.
  16. Will Ursa Minor happen?

I know there have been whispers of one being developed, but is that all it is? Whispers? Especially now that they are doing a Bronco top, is the Gladiator version dead in the water?
  17. Those who installed aux switches

good luck! sounds a bit more complicated than splicing a wire, but will be curious how it works out.. let us know!
  18. Those who installed aux switches

imasked for a part number, but they don’t have them for the wires or connectors... the junkyard is a good idea, I am Thinking of ordering these from Quadratec... they look like they should do the trick. https://www.quadratec.com/p/crown-automotive/wire-harness-repair-kit-5017117AA
  19. Those who installed aux switches

Secondary note, my guess is your sway bar will not disconnect (or be able to go into offroad+) if that orange wire is not connected. if you could verify that, it will give me a bit more confidence in the my understanding of that bus system.
