I am still thrilled with mine. I used it to help a friend build a culvert slide for his son’s treehouse and for dragging 38"+ stumps around my yard. Oh, and I had trouble getting through a snow mobile trail and winched at least a dozen times to get out of that. All of that went off without a hitch.
These have received many comments of admiration. I have the back door pair as well, but they’re not going on until I’ve dropped my 82 year old mother off to home. The top comes off again then, too!
Hi.
A quick search yielded unanswered questions:
Do the spare fuse slots actually work? Are any of them switched slots? Is there a secondary chart that states which slots are switched and which are constant? The owner’s manual states what the slots are for, but not switched vs. constant. I...
MT all the way. I have the JTR and it is a dream off road. Put it in 4WL and you don’t need to touch the clutch - only to go into 2nd. It feels more powerful shifting on the road than the automatic did - I test drove an automatic.
I also had a Ram 1500. No regrets trading it in for the...
LOL. That was my problem, too! The stupid cargo button has an icon with lights pointing down, so I kept pressing that one. With a tonneau cover, I never saw them come on -even in the dark. My fog lights work fine - when I push the correct button!
I had to cut it to size. I can’t remember the measurements, but something like 53". I bought an 8’ plank and had them cut it to 60". Then I cut it down. Then I had to sand the bottom corners. That still left a gap in the top, but I bought furniture slide material and Gorilla tape to fix that...
Hi.
I’m not sure if this is the correct place for this thread, but it’s related to all three Transmission, Axles, and Gears and more.
I have a Rubicon with Off Road+. I can read what it states in the manual for what happens when you use this in 4L and 4H. I’ve read and seen many videos, and...
I used the same harness. It is plugged in. I just had another thought. At about the same time I put the bumper back on, I took the Retirus to the dealer because the SOS button isn’t working, nor is UConnect properly working. They did a reset of the system. Perhaps they need to re-flash it for...
I checked fuse 26 and 29. Both are fine. The wires in the steel bumper aren’t pinched. I lose track of them as they go to the battery, but I didn’t mess in that area. The fog light icon comes on in the display when I push the fog light button...but the fog lights don’t. I’m going to check it all...
Hey...I’m going to jump this thread. Can JScan be used to get my fog lights working again? They were working fine before I disconnected them to put on my winch, but when I put the bumper back on, they weren’t working anymore. They are factory LED fog lights. I don’t think I pinched the wires...
This is my DIY bed divider system. It cost under $100 and is SOLID. Right now, I will use it to help tie down 2 kayaks and separate groceries in the back portion of the bed. Before I use it for off road/overland, I’ll have to pad the top gap with padding (movers’ furniture gliders cut to size)...
Yep. Except this is what my brake controller receptacle looks like:
And this is black, not gray and looks more like It will receive this:
Though I have also seen brake controllers that have ends matching up to the OP’s picture.
I was going to quote several people here and state, “but it DOES have this”. Then I was going to quote more people to state, “but it’s a Jeep! It’s not supposed to have this”. Then I started hating on posers for paying so much for all the unused options, while loving the fact that there still...
