I have a '21 Sport S (no max tow), painted fender flares, black top, etc. It did come with air dams. I'm sure what you saw was a dealer upgrade/package. Unless you order a premium bumper, they come with that piece in between the bumper and fender flare.

Clayton recommends 4.5"-4.75" of backspacing. But it looks like you'll have rubbing anyway with the 37's so you may not care. Negative offset sticks the tire (wheel) out further, positive does the opposite. I believe stock sport wheel are +44mm offset, as a reference. I had a very similar...
