It has one input that I used for the rear vision mirror. Can’t see any reason why you couldn’t use it as a trail cam instead. Only thing would be keeping it clean.
one of the problems I had with the original one I bought was I didn’t get the camera with it because I already had some. None were...
Yeap got it online from Aliexpress.

Very happy with it. Forgot to mention that you can download any videos recorded onto it on your phone wirelessly.
Installed a rear vision camera and electronic “mirror”. Have installed a pod on the back of my Gladiator which replaces the tub so had zero visibility. Turns on with the ignition and as well as displaying the rear camera, it can also show the front facing one on the back of the unit, has...
One more thing off the list!
One problem with the pod has always been rear vision. Resolution of the reversing camera of the Gladiator is incredible; but only comes on in reverse which doesn’t help when driving around town, Always had a rear camera and VDU “mirror” but could never get them to...
Did a bit of camping and found a great little water hole about 80km (50 miles) west of Alice Springs (The real outback) off the beaten track to roll the swag out at
Internally on the canopy, although the “first aid box” PDB did the job, it didn’t do much for the aesthetics and took up a good deal of real estate. So I designed a custom aluminium backboard and installed some of the old, and some new, gauges and switches. The power inlet is for the permanently...
Doesn’t time fly when you have a Gladiator!
Been a long time since updated, but the fact the car was off the road for a full six months after the last post (a whole other JerrySpringer show!) took a little of the shine off things. But of course, didn’t take long after getting it back that you...
Officially joined the Stingray club!
Modified the original black & chrome badge by over spraying with cherry red then used fine grit sandpaper to get rid of the chrome. Think it matches the colours better.
G’day all,
been awhile with a lot of travel and Christmas/ New Year, but here are the pics of the internal fit out.
Wasn’t keen on a pull out fridge slide because from experience, with a regular fridge it is difficult to see what’s inside and to reach over. Was originally looking at a drop...
I think that will be the case.
one criticism that I was going to make of the build is that by the way he has done the flares he has severely limited the tyre size. (Not a huge deal as tyre upgrades are more limited legally here than in the US. Where I live it’s 2” increase in height and already...
Need to put it over the scales to see what it gained. Forgot to do it before the change over, so weight change from stock will include the bull bar and winch.
Will put pics up of the internal fitout this weekend. Left it fairly simple, but some nice inclusions.
Have to start the job of wiring...
Just picked it up! Not exactly what “I” did, but “I” did order it.

So here it is complete with the canopy. (6 bolts to take it off)
Very happy with the job, though it will need to go back for a few tweaks when I get back from my trip.
Parking sensors and reversing camera have been incorporated so everything works as it should.
will include detail pics and...
G’day all,
Very excited, pick up the completed vehicle tomorrow!
Builder sent me a pic after the tray was painted with raptor liner. Some assembly still required, but assures me will be complete and ready for pick up tomorrow.
Will include full pic set then.
Sorry for the lack of updates, but I've had to leave it behind while I've gone on a work trip.
When I get back next weekend, it should be complete. (Has to be! I have a 3.5k km road trip planned the following week)
Spoiler alert ... The tray and canopy will be sprayed with Raptor liner which...
Posted this over in Builds and RIgs, but it fits in with this topic:

Cheers
I think that's about $US10.50 isn't it?
There are the serious players in the market like that Phoenix mob, Patriot campers and the like, but these conversions (and the canopies) are so common here that most aluminium fabricators have gotten into the market.
As I mentioned, as well as the tray...
