Checked it yesterday again .... It seems either the fan or the shroud is a tick off. Slightly rubs in one certain area. When I have the time I am just going to slightly grind down that rub area and call it a day

Thanks man !! I installed a decked storage system and when I go over speed bumps I can feel the rear hit the bump stops. Not going fast, but fast enough to get that usual bounce (maybe 10mph) I might just go bags since I plan to tow a small camper and install a cab high bed rack.
