  1. First Ever Jeep Gladiator Beach Edition Announced

Looks like the Florida version of the Texas Trail edition
  2. 2023 Far Out Dash question

The Far Out def strikes me as an attempt by Jeep to clear out the factory part bins before MY 2024 production so I could see variances like this everywhere.
  3. Overland model discontinued for 2024 model year???

The Overland is just a Sport with leather and some of the items from the High Altitude catalog. Dealers around me had a hard time in particular selling Overlands due to some of the reasons mentioned in this thread.
  4. ARB Twin Compressor Installed -- mounted under bed, above spare

Looks really good. I have my ARB twin mounted under my passenger seat in my 2021 but I have a feeling on the next Gladiator I get that won't be an option with power seats coming in 2024.
  5. Is the Gladiator losing interest with buyers?

I've noticed a lot of rental fleets buying Gladiators lately.
  6. Overlanding build out/Adventures

Get 5k for your diesel heater. 8k is way overpowered and will cook you out on the lowest setting.
  7. Overlanding trip, looking for suggestions

I run a Go Fast camper with a couple extra hundred pounds of camping gear on a routine basis in my base Sport with 35s and the stock 3.73 gearing. It's fine, honestly. These things were never racecars to begin with and they're still way faster than say a Class A diesel pusher or larger rig.
  8. 2024 Jeep Gladiator Refresh Caught in the Wild

Dealership employees don't know any more than we do. In fact if you're on these forums a lot you probably get information before they do.
  9. Kenda Klever R/T KR601 35x10.50R17

Great tire, but I wouldn't buy them again at the prices they are going for right now.
  10. Stuck in "in production" since 2-20, is this normal?

Rail shipping takes a long time, sorry to burst your bubble.
  11. Pricing on new JT

3.73s are fine for 35s imo. But thats a bad deal. Wouldn't buy a new truck off the lot with one of those cheap spacer lifts. and especially not for what they're asking.
  12. Am I crazy for thinking I want a Gladiator?

I have the regular factory tow package with the standard axles and 3.73 gearing. 35s work fine on my factory wheels with zero rubbing. So no, Max Tow isn't necessary for that application.
  13. Service centers at Dealerships backed up

Counterpoint: dealership tech pay is garbage for what the job entails. "Nobody wants to work anymore" is not really true imo. There aren't thousands of people just sitting at home. Covid caused a massive seismic shift in the various industries and people were able to move into better paying...
  14. Good JT 2.5" lift for 35's and shock setup for a JT overland?

If you're mostly going to be on pavement, the Clayton 2.5 inch ride right kit with the Bilstein 5100 shocks is probably what you're looking for.
  15. Bilstein 5100

Hey, I run the Bilstein 5100s on my JT. I've been happy with them so far. I don't tow very much but I do have a GFC shell plus hundreds of pounds of camping gear in the bed so the firmer ride on the 5100s doesn't bother me much. The reason why the Bilstein 5100s are cheaper is because...
  16. Gofastcamper (gfc) mods, tips, pics, bs and builds

The camper by itself will not sag the back of a JT but it 100% will the second you start adding accessories or camping gear in the bed.
  17. Three roads to house power?

Would it be possible to wire the bed power outlet so it can either draw power from the truck alternator or my 100ah lithium bed mounted battery? From some research it looks like I can use a pair of 12v power sources as long as there is a diode on the positive legs? I have a base Sport so I...
  18. Why didn’t at least one of you guys tell me?

Leveling kit rarely affects ride. That being said, I would think a 2.5 inch spacer kit would require longer upper LCA's control arms at a minimum..... EDIT: bad typing lol
  19. Gofastcamper (gfc) mods, tips, pics, bs and builds

Welcome! I don't think I've posted mine in this thread before. Picked it up at the end of October. Side tent doors, no windows. Slate grey tent color. Goes great with the Sting Grey on the JT. Lift is a 2.5" Clayton Ride Right with the optional HD rear springs and a 1" terraflex spacer on...
  20. Clayton Off Road JT Suspension Systems

You would need shock extensions or buy new shocks entirely.
