I Was asking if the longer control arms HAVE to be done if I add the leveling kit as well, not if the leveling kit had to be done.....I re read that and realized what you meant, lol.
Its definitely not something that has to be done. I prefer the look of it over the rake. And once I had mine on, now she wants it for hers too. Just my opinion that it looks much better.
Hi All - I am sure this was probably addressed at some point. I tried to search around the threads but couldn't find an answer to this specific question. Can you swap Rubicon shocks and springs onto a sport without doing the lower control arms, etc. If the answer to this is yes, my second...
Any chance you can post a picture of your stock rims with spacers? I actually thought about doing this just to get a little more aggressive look, but like my stock Willys rims. Congrats on the Gladiator, my first jeep as well and I love it!
Switched from State Farm to Liberty Mutual, was significantly cheaper combining everything. I am pretty sure as posted above they will cover additional parts and will just need to know how much additional coverage you need on the vehicle....
I have a Willys and the 1.5 Teraflex kit has it sitting about perfect. I know the Rubicon fenders are higher and a lot of people say it "looks" like is squatting in the rear a little. I have read a lot of people do the 1.5 in the front and the Daystar .75 in the rear and it looks about perfect...
I had a clicking noise also after installing my kit. Took it in and they retorqued the ball joints to spec and it took care of it....eventhough I never touched the ball joints. Told me its not an uncommon issue. Had them check everything while they were under there.
I just had a similar issue fixed. Would click when I would back out of the driveway and cut the wheel. They retorqued the driver side ball joint to spec and it went away. Had them retorque everything while they were under there. Seems to be a common issue.
My buddy owns a garage, so he threw this kit on and did the alignment for me. He said to get the alignment back in range it was a very minimal adjustment and the steering wheel was only tweaked a little. Ive read a lot that anything under 2" doesn't do much as far as alignment and everything...
You wouldn't happen to have a side picture of your tire poke would you? I am looking at a set of Rocktrix, i saw a picture of the -12 offset and I think its a hair too aggressive. Thanks!
How do you like the Klever A/T's. I have been looking at these mainly for the price point. How is the ride and the noise. I am almost ready to bite the bullet on ridge grapplers, but curious about these......
