This may help you sell but this should fit a JK with new hardware. I actually transferred mine from my JKU to my JT with new hardware from LOD.

I used to carry my water cans in this space bc all other available space was used by camping chairs, RTT annex, etc. Since I’m converting my utility trailer to a camping trailer but still wanting to carry extra fuel and water, this’ll work nicely.

Yeah I’ve been trying to figure out ways to strap down gas and water cans while off roading. This might be the cheapest option to try although I may also combine both this option and the option from @jn2275. Thank you both!!

There was a gentleman here that fabricated his own. I’ve only recently come across the only off-the-shelf option from Rebel Off-road. You can purchase their half-height rack and use their panels to close off the rack. Just don’t know how waterproof or secure it is.

LOD Signature Bumper repurposed from my JKU. I had one prior to this one on my JKU where the winch sat on top of the bumper and I overheated on a trip to WV. Switched to the recessed option and never overheated again.
