I drained my rear diff after 93k miles (lots of offroad trips and towing a trailer) and it was clear. No milkshake.

The melting point of these plastic pieces is ~300°F. The DPF gets up to 1,200°F. Things get a lot hotter down there when off-roading than just idling. That’s the only thing I can think of that would cause this.

No one worked on it. I’m suspecting that this happened when I was off-roading and my DPF was doing an active regen. I guess it got hot enough to melt that plastic piece.

Surprisingly, everything else up there looks intact. I still don’t understand how this happened and why only that one piece melted.

That’s the AC drain that I can’t get to on my ecodiesel. It’s supposed to drain water when you run your AC. Mine is clogged and I can’t get to it because of the exhaust pipes in the way.

Did you ever figure out how to unclog it? I'm having a weird problem with my Gladiator where my HVAC blower motor died because it got filled up with water (I'm assuming it's from AC condensation because it doesn't rain where I live).

Is that adjustable on the rear wheels?
