  1. Why couldn't Jeep make the Freedom panels for front and rear?

It’s really not that hard to remove the top by yourself…I was concerned about the process until I actually tried it. That said, having a summertime soft top is the perfect answer…I just wish it didn’t look so awful when down ?
  2. People confused why I removed Mojave hood stickers and badges from my Jeep

I was certain that I would be removing the Mojave badges when preparing to buy my Gladiator… mostly because I didn’t want to look ostentatious and was concerned about clients thinking I spent too much money on a vehicle. I was worried about the ā€œraptorā€ type of impression. That said, I...
  3. One person hard top removal

I’m definitely in the discovery phase of ownership but I have that about that! I wanted to see how the top off experience was…and it’s amazing haha. Here’s the thing… No offense but I hate the way the roof looks when down. That’s not a deal breaker though cuz I’m about efficiency. It’s just...
  4. One person hard top removal

Great advice Nacho! Would’ve definitely found out the hard way.
  5. One person hard top removal

8 months into ownership and just took the top off for the first time this morning, granted I’m in Maine and nice weather comes late for us. Anyways, no lift and one person removal seemed very daunting and kept from doing it earlier….but after this morning I can say this is so easy for one...
  6. Do you regret NOT buying a Mojave?

I’m sorry for the criticism, but this is a weird question… I will proudly say that thinking the Mojave is an ā€œoff-roadā€ model as I did/and was told; is missing the boat. Best riding suspension and still one of the most capable trims. Rubicon owners, feel free to tear that apart. All I know is...
  7. ARE topper finally arrived

I was actually curious about the actual door hinge mods…
  8. Mojave Bumper Mods

I never thought I would end up buying a Mojave, because I assumed all off-road trims meant a bad ride… 6 months later, I can’t imagine owning any other package; it’s just a perfect for my use. Here’s my question… I would love to add a front bumper and winch, but I don’t want to sacrifice what I...
  9. ARE topper finally arrived

Cap looks amazing and I can only imagine how nice the carpet must on the knees! Not to go OT, but do you remove the carpet if you need to haul certain things? …didn’t want to say a mesdirty load, but just did and mentioned knee padding ?ā€ā™‚? Also, just just curious if there is a purpose built...
  10. Could a Gladiator do this?

For anyone interested, ā€œTest #3ā€ is by far the most impressive video. Unreal that truck keeps on performing…especially after the initial abuse. I get the low payload capacity and would take my Gladiator over a Hilux any day…but it makes me curiously optimistic on just how well my Gladiator...
  11. Could a Gladiator do this?

My question is more a joke than anything... But the reality is most of us just want a capable rig they will not breakdown on us at the worst possible times.
  12. Could a Gladiator do this?

I was just looking through off-roading videos on You YouTube and somehow found myself watching the most ridiculous vehicle "test" I've witnessed...quite entering and cringe worthy at the same time. I'll say I'm glad it's NOT a gladiator, but it would be interesting to see how it held up!
  13. What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

Snow is mostly gone in Maine so I explored a few backroads in search of unposted logging roads… Found a nice tight woods road that made me appreciate the plastic fenders and roof. Didn’t do any damage, but too early in the season without risking rutting. Also found an open rock quarry!! Highly...
  14. Buy stuff when you can.

OP has a great point… buy what you can when you have opportunity, but I’d also like to impart - when you can afford. Issues: supply chain & inflation I’m a financial advisor who also is starting to consider when ā€œpreppingā€ should crossover to personal finance and investing strategies. This is...
  15. Favorite color you didn’t buy…

Blown away by all the responses and it’s great to hear from everyone! I think it’s safe to safe to say that we all love our gladiators so much that there really is no WRONG color. That being said… big take away for me are how many Punk’n fans our out there! It’s never been a consideration for...
  16. Favorite color you didn’t buy…

I bought my ā€˜21 Mojave used with 17k miles so didn’t really choose the color. Bright White was MAYBE a 3rd or 4th choice for me, but I have to say now that I truly love the white and black roof/fender contrast… Before, I was 100% committed to Sting Gray and was never considering a Mojave, but...
  17. Is adding just fox shocks to a sport s worth it?

Sounds like you're looking for a Mojave setup and Rubi take-offs might be counter productive? I'm sure someone on here can give you information on how to re-create a similar setup in the aftermarket world as I would imagine probably not too many Mojave take-offs for sale? I truly love my stock...
  18. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Finally was able to install Quadratec Entry Guards! I live in Maine, and temps warmed up to close to 50 today so I was able to give the Gladiator a wash get these in… fit and finish is excellent! As another user noted, I also find myself stepping on the sills when getting out and wanted to...
  19. What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

…dominated the snow. We had a ā€œblizzardā€ last weekend which was nothing, but 10ā€ of wet heavy snow means everyone struggles on hills. Live in Maine, and it’s very obvious that Covid has affected the number of snow plow drivers. I could not be happier with my Mojave’s performance. Ground...
  20. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Added a plastic putty knife to my interior gear! …you will only get this if you live up north and have ever had to deal with a tonneau freezing to the plastic bedrail caps.
