Ha, yes. Like 40 times. That's what was throwing me off. Even if Auto High Beams are turned off, you still can't toggle the high beams on if the knob is on Auto.
It would only let me toggle high beams after I turned Auto off on the knob.

TL/DR: If you have Auto High Beams and want to toggle your brights on and off manually while driving slowly, turn the lighting knob below OFF of Auto. Gotta be smarter than the Jeep.

Thanks! I tried hard to find my ideal perfect combo. I didn't want to go with a lift larger than 3" or move up to a 35"/E rated tire. This was the right balance for me and should do everything I need it to do.
