@Lunentucker
my rear coil spring definitely is not veritcle, they sit at a 30degree degree slope.
there is no chance you don’t have any issues with your Mojave. Calling bullshit
It’s consistant wether it is cold or in the 50s
I know I could check torque on everything but could it be something as easy as the rear long control arms, do you know the spec off hand
On a Highway run and seems it may be comming from rear, all that comes to mind is long control arms
Has anybody experienced a rotational bump or hopping feeling when cocentrating at lower speeds? should I check the torque of my control arms- or any other components you may think this may be from?
Just got alignment yesterday, will add alignment sheet in a few
anybody know if any good wheel and tire packages with moderate to good deals? I have a 21 Mojave with kenda 35in looking to stay with same size tires.
I need a 35 in tire with offset that won’t be sticking out excessively.
also will an 18 inch rim drive better than 17in?
after About 10k miles did your tires start to scallop on the rear outter tread?
I rotate and such and play with tire pressure and can still feel a subtle hop when going over 60mph which is causing the. scalloping
So due to that flop, when it flips after being level it doesn’t re position and causes unresponsive steering
I am going to tie a bungy around it w just enough slack to rebound and loop bungy around sway bar?
im going to go through process of elimination
@Lunentucker ya know when your going over pot holes and the jeep thuds, someone told me getting extended away end links will help smooth the rough bumps. with a stock height mojave/gladiator trim is that possible with out lifting?
I dropped pitman arm, a bunch of corrosion and flat teeth ridges.Replacement pitman bolt came with lactate, which original did not- added additional red loctite and did 185ft pounds, boom back to solid firm and sharp.
Replaced pitman arm + pitman arm nut
I am now on the fence of re ordering...
I am going to try and fastened the pitman arm 41mm to steering box today before installing the metal cloak brace first.
Looks loose to me and too much space (yellow) and not enough thread exposed (red)
How do I get this out, I’m losing and stripping threads trying to grip with a monkey wrench
Trying but in the outside to get it to thread all the way through
