True enough. My bright white Gladiator with color matching Freedom Tops with Fat Mat and headliner plus tinted windows is the coolest vehicle I have ever owned. White is always a winner down here.

... and did not pay $80-100K for and ... if I wanted a Gladiator, it sure wasn't going to buy a gas Pentastar Gladiator that I hated. So, yes ... I bought the better engined Jeep Gladiator, the compromise and better one. When the drivetrain warranty comes close to expiration, it'll be time to...
1) Expensive - $$$6K option + $$ routine maintenance
2) Poor towing performance
3) Overheating
4) Astronomical major repair costs - ex: cab must be removed to remove turbo.
5) Chassis not designed for diesel engine - see 3 above items (an engine not designed for its chassis offers up a...
Most of the country is exhausted by the prices of new trucks with many truck manufacturers promising cheaper, less-content trucks. Here we dreamer/screamers unrealistically attempting to take the Jeep Gladiator in the opposite direction!?!!! Dreamer/Screamers 🤓
Wow. The air must be sweet up there where you live!! $5K for a V-8 .... 😉
An edit here - your 5K wish proves my point. So ... Jeep builds the V-8 Gladiator - now with the upgraded engine itself $$$ and ALL of the other components (electrical, computer, hardware, ect. $$$) required for this...

I had the additive smell, but it turned out to be a leaky bottle of Hotshot - no matter how much I checked and tightened that SOB, it just leaked - threw it away and put another bottle behind the seat - after a few weeks the odor went away. I know this sounds simplistic, but sometimes ...
Let's aspire for better drivetrains for the existing "right sized" existing Gladiator and dispense with this 1950's Power Wagon cosplay ($100K+) wet dream.
Sorry to hear. Do you always keep at least 1/4 tank of fuel and use an additive like Hotshot? Have you run the tank empty? It is unfortunate that some dealer service centers have limited experience with the Ecodiesel, but poor customer service is unacceptable. Best of luck..
