  1. Worksport AL4 Tonneau Cover Install

I love the cover. It's been water tight for me. I did a lot of reading on the forum before I bought it. I came to realize after reading a lot of posts that one person can have no issues, while another is not so lucky. I hope it works out well for you.
  2. Battery Tender

I believe it is a smart charger, plug n' play.
  3. Worksport AL4 Tonneau Cover Install

Here's some pics. Pretty impressed with the quality of this cover. Still would like to confirm whether the rail clamps are used/not used for the Gladiator install. As I stated before, the included instructions make no mention about the use of the clamps. If nobody weighs in I guess I'll...
  4. Worksport AL4 Tonneau Cover Install

Good Morning Folks, Purchased a WS AL4 Hard Tri tonneau cover last weekend over the sales tax free holiday in Massachusetts. Installed yesterday. I was hoping that someone else on the forum that purchased an AL4 could weigh in and confirm something for me. The kit comes with a set of six...
  5. WorkSport AL4 Tonneau Review

Thanks for the detailed pics. I'm also interested in this cover. I noticed in one of your pics that a piece of the plastic bed rail cover was cutout to reveal some bolt holes. Was this necessary as part of the install instructions, or was that leftover from a previously installed tonneau...
  6. Center Console Panel Removal for Start Button Access

I'm afraid I'm not going to be much help to you as I haven't fully deployed my anti- theft strategy yet. So far I've only done the bolt hood lock and RR hood locks ( I know seems redundant ). I was leaning towards an ignition immobilizer module. The drawback to the module being that it is...
  7. Your Jeep's name

My wife calls it "the milk truck"? Well, It is retro looking I guess. I call it Gata-tater.
  8. Does the main battery call the shots?

Sadly, you're right. Looks like I'm going to have to get used to pushing the disable button, or deploying one of the after market solutions. I'm just glad jeep saw fit to NOT put the EJECT button next to the ESS button.
  9. Does the main battery call the shots?

Thanks for your input. This stop/start system the Jeep put forth screams to be user configurable in that the folks that don't want to use it can disable it permanently. The end user shouldn't have to purchase an after market solution to disable
  10. Does the main battery call the shots?

    Thanks, the visual helps.
  11. Bolt Hood Lock Install

Yours looks really nice. I wish I could have had the right side match the left, but the fob prevented the key from being inserted all the way. I think I may just cut the rest of the loose pieces back and call it good. I'm just happy to have a hood lock.
  12. Bolt Hood Lock Install

I do see what you mean. I guess the good part about not cutting too much at first is I can always make adjustments.
  13. Does the main battery call the shots?

Good explanation.....concise. Sound like I really don't have anything to worry about. Thanks
  14. Does the main battery call the shots?

I bought my 24' Sport S in January. To date I've put a whopping 375 miles on it. It's an understatement to say I don't drive it much (Sunday car). After doing lots of reading on the forum regarding the Gladiator"s idiosyncrasies, the first thing I did was setup a Noco 2D trickle charger...
  15. Running Boards....which one

Thanks, I saw that too. Might be a little more durable for scuffs & such.
  16. Running Boards....which one

I will keep that in mind, thanks
  17. Bolt Hood Lock Install

Thanks. Yeah I did. Some folks opined that they're easily defeated. But, I see the benefit in that a casual thief, seeing hood locks, will move on to an easier target. Hood locks are "short money", I'll probably pull trigger on that.
  18. Running Boards....which one

I'll have to give the OEM another look....Thanks
  19. Relocating horns

I appreciate you bringing some clarity....thanks
