I have been getting the error in the picture below. I hit ok and everything seems to work fine. I live very rural and driving into a dealer is a rather big hassle. Any way I can diagnose and repair this myself?
I assume the low mark is basically the seam, since it says min/max right above it and the min arrow points to it. The coolant in the reservoir was definitely below the min mark and still is this morning with it completely cooled down.
Probably a stupid question, but should I add coolant to get...
Maybe, but it’s never done this before. I’m at almost 50,000 miles. I did crack the reservoir lid a little when it was “hot” and it let out a very small hiss.
I never looked at the fan before shutting it off. When I got back to the jeep and started it, I popped the hood and the fan appeared to be running then. But now that I think of it, would the fan run if it was actually that hot and the engine is shut off? If so, it would have been noticeable when...
Hi all,
I tend to ramble, so I'll try to keep it short.
Wife took my jeep to work today so I could drop her truck off at a mechanic shop for an AC repair. Had our daughter pick me up and drop me off at wife's work. Drove the jeep a few miles at slow speed to a doctor's appointment for the wife...
Ok, so I'm a pretty mechanically inclined person, but right now I feel like an idiot...
Searching through Mopar parts website for the spare tire winch, I seen a spare tire security lock and key... I've had the Jeep just over a year and have never seen the key that would fit it, plus my window...
2024 Sport Base, i don't think that makes a difference, but just in case.
I got a screw in my tire and was going to just throw the spare on until I could get home and plug the tire, but can't for the life of me get the square end of the lowering rod to engage. I ended up just airing the tire up...
I made a complete knock off set of DDI brackets and spacers with the intent of cutting the rail and slamming it. After seeing RudeJeepin’s post a while back, I did the diy slammed version just to see if I liked it. I felt like this way, I could “fix” the rail back to stock height easier if I...
Thank you for the reply. This is the route I will likely go. Seems it would be easiest to adapt from another wrangler based model. I don’t necessarily want leather in the Central Texas sun, but I could always put cloth seat covers over them. Might even be able to get power seats too!
Thank you for the info. I have read through your thread a few times. Very impressive and informative, but definitely too much of an investment for my faint heart. Ha! Since I bought a base sport model, your seats cost about a third of my entire gladiator. Your seats turned out great though.
Been lurking and reading for a while now. Lots of great stuff around the forum.
I recently bought a 2024 Gladiator Sport.
Like many, I am not happy with the seats in my gladiator. I have “slammed” the seats, which does provide a little better seating position, but still leaves much to be...
