12V Always On Source?

That was years ago....... these are quite different.
If I am correct, the fuse for that 12v outlet is called "cigar lighter" and is fuse F52. Yellow, which would be 20 amp.
It's trapped in a specific spot, no place to move it except up and out completely. It's surrounded.
But as linked to elsewhere, there is a solution...... a jumper setup.

I was told you can't use a jumper anymore because they are all tied to the "canbus" and the computer will see it as fault. I don't know for sure, just going on what the dealer tech told me.
