where can I pickup a 12vdc connection

Want to install a DVR camera device on the windshield of my Gladiator. Is there a YT vid on running that supply from above the rear view mirror to a device?

thanks for that. Yes, I will get on my bucket list, next.
BUT, what I want to do is find a 12 vdc (+) wire near the rear view mirror, so that I eliminate the wire from the attached traffic camera that I use to record if there is an accident.
