Superficially I would guess your friend is at the minimum 10-15K light on price, that's a steal.

Well, I would certainly be interested were it not for the fact it is in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornistan and I thankfully am not.

I would recommend he list it on a military vehicle centric board, somebody will relieve him of it pretty quick I think.
