Anyone running this? Got my new tires and wheels, couple weeks before lift goes on, can I run the tires now with no issues or just wait the two weeks?

I ran 35's on mine with no lift. If I can do it on mine with the stock bumper then definitely you can with the rugged ridge full width, I'm running that bumper now with a lift though but I could of put it on without a lift. If you got a MaxTow, Rubicon or Mojave you can do it on stock wheels but if you don't have one of these models you will need wheel spacers.
No lift

Okay, so 35s do not fit with the HD bumper without a lift, got them put on and about 1/4 turn of the wheel and they get into the edge of the bumper. Guess I am waiting 2 weeks.

Any off road rubbing issues with 35's and no lift on Rubicon Gladiator?

No rubbing whatsoever with a Rubicon on 35s and no lift. Not off road, or on road. Maybe at full flex, like on an rti ramp you might hit the inner fender liners a little. But nothing to be concerned about.
