I want to buy wheels and tire before arrival.

I will like to put Wheels: 20" x 9" or 20" x 10"
Tires: 35" x 12.5"
Adding:
2" or 2.5" lift
Aftermarket mid-size or full-size fender
First I will like the tire to stick out about 2" out and I have been reading that I need a offset of -12 or -18, but will a -24" work on a 20x10" wheel? If so how much will it stick out?
I read on other thread that -24 was rubbing but don't recall if the issue was on a Rubicon model and also it was on stock bumper.
Your help is appreciated.
