I've searched around and cannot find the answer. I'm currently running stock overland wheels with 1.75" spacer and 37/12.5/18 tires. I'm looking at the fuel coverts in a 18x9 +20 offset. I realize most get the +1 offset but would +20 work? I do want to try and reduce the tire poke but at the same time I'm thinking of moving to 37/13.5/18 in the future.

I have no personal experience with this, but from what I've been researching it sounds like you'll be ok with the 20mm offset for the 18x9 wheel. The reason I say this is that AEV wheels are 17x8.5 and have a 25mm offset. They recommend that wheel offset for their 2.5" lifts on the JT & JL. 25mm offset on an 8.5" wide wheel is roughly the same as 20mm offset on a 9" wide wheel. Both are about 5.75" of backspace. OEM wheel is 6.25" backspace so you would be 1/2" out further than stock with the wheel you are talking about (plus the extra 1/2" of wheel width).
Make sense??

I don't know about the 37" tires unless you have a lift.

If you're buying, why 18s? You will find far more options in tires in the traditional 17.

Yes have a lift. I was debating going with 17s since I'm buying wheels but I already have 37/12.5/18 Falken Wildpeaks that are basically new. Thanks for the input, I think the 20mm would work. The wrench in things is j.o.yride is right, far more options in 17s unless I go up to 37/13.5/18 which has a lot more options but would be too close in with a 20mm offset

There is a 37x11.5-18 available.
