Upgraded to 35x12.5 Tokyo Open Country AT III tires on Method 703 wheels in black. Had to wait over 4 months for delivery - I probably could have gotten them sooner if I canceled then re-ordered but the newer prices were way higher. I’m lookin forward to seeing how these puppies do in the snow as they are triple-flake rated.

Seeing them mounted and inflated to 35psi? Made me wish I had gotten 37s as these only netted me an inch of height gain.

Nice set up. What’s the offset on the wheels.

Installed the MetalCloak Undercloak skid plate system, nose to tail. The system is heavy - I think it adds about 220lb to the JTR. I do not recommend installing this alone!

The instructions, as with every experience with MetalCloak, are shit. But the product is well-made and I'll order from them again.

@doc-ketamine What bumper is that? Is the ArmorLite the flooring replacement and replaces the carpet? What fire extinguisher & mount, looks good! I've still got work to do but added the MR704s and same tires, just 305/70/17s. awesome rig!

It's the MetalCloak bumper; details are in this thread. Yes, the Armorlite flooring replaces the carpet. Fire extinguisher was a gift, don't know where it was sourced. The mount is from Amazon, link here.

Thanks, glad you like it!

Sweet build you got there. What was the total time of install for the armorlite flooring? Are your AT3 tires the C load or E load. I had same size on order from DTD in C load (59 lbs) and they notified me 2 days after they took my order that they were sold out and didn't know when they'd be re stocked. So the wait for tires goes on. Hopefully not 4 months like you waited. .

Thanks! These are the E-rated tires. Great on the trails. And the Armorlite I was able to do in a day, probably 4 hours or so. It would have taken less time with an extra set of hands to maneuver everything, and if I hadn't needed to go to the store to get Torx bits for the ratchet. :)
