Finally, after waiting months, early last week I received the last of my parts. Time to start this build. Over the weekend I was able to install the:
Bumper
Winch
Axle Truss
RCV Axles
Front half of the lift kit
IFP bumpstops
3.0 Shocks
Reid knuckles
2.5 ton steering

I’m starting on the rear this afternoon, hoping to be on 40s by the end of the day.

Well, after some very long days in the driveway one jack and a couple jack stands it’s on 40’s. I’m going on vacation and the truck is going to the shop to get an alinement, tires balanced and the gears done. While it's there I’m going to to go ahead and have them install the PSC steering and the supercharger. I also pivoted a bit, instead of installing the hard rock sliders I’m going to have them order some Rock Slide Engineering steps and install them as well.

It’s been a couple weeks since getting back form vacation but had a quick turn around for a road trip to Oregon that I’m currently on and wanted to take the Jeep.
First the Jeep is running great( kind of, more on that in a minute) I went with 4:88 gears for strength, but the supercharger makes up for the lack of gearing. Passing car at 80 mph up big hills has been no problem. Cruises down the highway really well and I even see 8 gear every once in a while.

MPG hasn’t been great, but it’s a brick with 40s and a supercharger. In the hills I’m seeing around 9.3-7 and on highway around 10.5-7mpg. I did set the cruise control at 65 today on the way to Crater Lake and was able to get mpg in the 12 range.

The not so great thing was today about 50 miles into the trip I got the lockers trying to disengage light flashing. Tried stoping and trouble shooting it but no luck. I went ahead and unplugged the rear wiring harness from the diff and continued on.

Looking like I’m going to need one of these:https://www.zautomotive.com/product/z_lkr_oem/

I still have a few things I need to get on, so hoping to get back to it next week when I’m back home.

The biggest issue I do have on the this trip is space. The spare just takes up to much room the bed. I’m not really wanting to mount it on a tire carrier. Looking around YouTube I did find this video, so seriously thinking about doing something very similar.
