Does anyone have detailed instructions on how to install an amplifier in a 2024 non alpine system? I have replaced all the speakers and added a kicker hideaway but I want more power from the knee and dash speakers at least. I want more power from the dash and knee speakers but I’m confused aboub what I need to make that happen and how to install

have you been able to get an amp installed I did the same thing as you I have a 10inch kicker hideaway and upgraded all my speakers. Now I feel like it needs that balance to get the full potential out of the system and speakers. I’ve personally been leaning to getting the kicker key 200.4 because of the size and specs. The website trail seven sells a plug and play kit with the hideaway and that 4 channel amp…. But it’s for the ford bronco only. I haven’t been able to find another video for a 24+ jeep just yet but there is an install video for the amp I mentioned. I’ll add the link.

also just a question have you experienced the rattling from the bass in the cab of the JT. I don’t have the bass like super crazy but I think it’s just the way it was mounted. I got it done at a Bestbuy audio shop. I want to add some lining or sound proofing but I don’t know which would be good I’ve also seen where adding the top liners really works too which is on my wish list as well.

I took it to a shop and got everything amplified. I ended up adding a fox acoustics sub box as well because the kicker wasn’t enough to keep up with amplified mids and highs. I used a PAC amp pro to keep stock head unit. They finally have a harness that works with the 24/25 radio. You could probably do the kicker key with a LOC but an interface like the PAC will bypass the factory crossovers and give you a more neutral signal.
I have 6.5 infinity reference lower dash 3.5 infinity in upper dash and 4” kicker in the soundbar that I will upgrade at some point. Running 50w from Memphis amp to everything except the upper dash which is wired back into head unit power.

I wanted to use the Amppro interface but could not get verification that it worked on the 24’ + amd of course 2 months after I’m done it the CH42 gets released as verified 🤦‍♂️. I used the LCi7 pro for my install. Have everything behind the rear seats. Do you have any echo issues using Bluetooth ? I know there was a lot of issues on other forums where people had bad echos after adding amps ??

Hello, I currently have a two gladiators that I did complete installs i myself and now looking at a 2025 model and for the life of me on tech support with PAC and Crutchfield neither will confirm that PAC AP4-CH42 will work on the 24-25’s honestly PAC was the worst in tech support they said only works on 5, 7 & 8” screens 🤷🏼‍♂️ . I pointed out to Crutchfield that it says works for 25 wrangler without Alpine and they said sorry won’t work with gladiator …
So people have installed the AP4-CH42 in 24/25’s ?
