41 is a semi-gloss olive drab. It is probably a simple mix of yellow and black, like the war color. It was featured on an Easter Jeep edition. Fathom Blue is a deep blue with metallic, not sure what the subtle undertone color is though.

The spec chart is less detailed than earlier years. They only show a Sport w/o tow package at 4500 and Max Tow at 7700 (though with the 1725 payload, previously not available at the same time-- used to be an auto w/o tow package got the big payload, and Max Tow was less).

They also show the Willy's at 950lbs, which matches some stickers I'd seen poking around on here and elsewhere. I had some dealers send me pics of Willy's stickers (ha, send me a pic of your Willy), and they all were around 1120, so perhaps the new standard features (?) dropped it.

Comparing to a 2024 Chevy/GMC, just out of curiosity if I was doing a "emperor's new clothes" and overpaying for the wrong truck...

short bed crew cab turbo at 9k lbs towing and 2020lbs payload (or 11k lbs on the V8; same payload).

And comparing to the heavily recalled 2024 Toyota Tundra...

in SR5 4x4 trim (what I'd get, not the TRD, which is a better apples to apples for the Jeep w/ off-road capability), they show 8300-11,200lbs towing and 1575-1875lbs payload. (TRD Pro towing is 10,340-11,175 lbs and payload at 1485-1665lbs).

I'm not interested in the Tacoma due to rear legroom (24.6"), though I'm not knocking it. I'm just looking for as small of a "full size" truck (in spec/spirit) I can get, and the Tacoma's back seat takes it out of the running for a family / gear hauler (I want to be able to stash some backpacks on the floor behind the seats, ya know? Having that extra foot of space makes that possible in the Gladiator / Canyon / full sizes.

For the GMC Canyon, 2024 (of note, rear leg room in gladiator is 38.3"; the canyon only 34.7")

Elevation (ie, "base") in 4wd (also not a direct comparison off road to gladiator) is 7700lbs towing and 1590 lbs payload. The AT4 (next step up w/ 2" lift from GMC) is 7700lbs/1550lbs, and the AT4X is 6000/1250. The Denali 7700/1360.

I know all the payloads and GVWR's go down with options, that's how it works, but I wanted to have a frame of reference to know "oh 950lbs on the willy's-- is that good? seems low, but is it low?" So now I have the answer-- yes, yes it is low in comparison for what I need it for. Might be amazing for what someone else needs it for.
