I’m half interested in a ‘25 Mojave X only to get the full time 4wd option and noticed while looking at dealer pictures half of them don’t even have the perforated racing steering wheel I have in my ‘23 Mojave. That’s one of many things that sets it apart from a Rubicon and some of the Mojave X’s I’ve seen have the Rubicon X wheel with gray stitching…almost like certain Mojave’s on the line ran out of the right steering wheel and production was like “this will do”. At least put some orange stitching in the wheel if you ran out of the racing wheel! Stupid stuff but even if I get 10k off one I expect it to have what I want for 55k.

Yep that’s the right steering wheel but then this is from a local dealer in PA, Mojito Mojave X with a Rubicon steering wheel. It’s like they ran out of some Mojave specific stuff so they put in what they can…

Right!? I really like the feel of the racing wheel and like I mentioned, even if I’m dropping 55k on a truck they set an expectation of what you’ll get; when it’s not all there it’s a let down. Small stuff for sure but I feel like Jeep is going down a crappy path the last few years of letting people down.

I’m telling ya, it’s like production ran out of the Mojave wheel and they just wanted to keep the line running and threw on Rubicon wheels. For Pete’s sake at least get some Mojave orange stitching in there!

That's what they come with now apparently - same thing as my Overland.

But frankly, I'm happy with it.

This is what my 2022 Overland has - but it has the silver trim, like the front end has in the bumper and grill areas.

There are 2025 Mojaves, X and "regular" with the correct wheel. Tell your dealer to get you the correct wheel. Sorry but that's bullshit and they should correct it. The correct wheel has the thick thumb pads and orange stitching. It feels better. It's unique to Mojave.

I'm frankly glad there is no orange stitching on the steering wheel.

The 2024 I looked at had the same wheel but with orange.

It isn't the same wheel. The thicker parts where your hands go is much better, and it's perforated.

In the end if you’re happy with it that’s all that matters! Now let’s see some pics of that glorious Mojito! I love the pop of that color and it’s one of the few I’d potentially go for coming from my Hydro Blue now.

Nope - don't want the orange stitching on the steering wheel.

What "thumb pads" are you talking about? The 2024 has the same wheel but with orange. The 2025 is the same, but without orange. And it's that way on every single 2025 I looked at. It's not like they "ran out" - it's on every single one on a dealer lot.
