no, not like the Mojave.........
Yeah, the 2025 seats are better in the Mojave - close to the Overland, but definitely more "bolster" to them.
So the bit about "the only difference now is the shocks" is bullcrap.
Frame, springs, hood, knuckles - all different, seats are still better.
It's still a "premium" truck in several respects.

But you can never compare something from 2, 3 or 4 years ago to current - even in the Grand Cherokee, things changed over time. They always do.

Mojave steering wheel order is arriving on Monday... hope I didn't waste $400.00.

😝
It's going to be a much much more capable truck with that wheel. You'll be unstoppable! You'll never ever lose your grip on the wheel! (although I can't imagine how I could with mine, either - I've driven antique farm equipment through some washouts and ravines, and autocrossed cars from the 60s and 70s where it tried to rip the wheel out of my grip. If I can't handle things with the recesses my steering wheel has, I need to park it.)

Good luck! You will be adding at least $100 value to it, and it will be far more capable.

Looked up a 2024 Mojave X and it only lists one steering wheel 7TH321U5AA which seems to be the orange stitched one.

Seems they made a running change with 2025.

Good luck! You will be adding at least $100 value to it, and it will be far more capable.
@Hootbro

Thanks for the tip! Perfect in every way. Paid $407.66.

I suggest those that want to purchase one search best price on the internet.

This one will remain in storage for future value proposition. It will go with my 2025 Mojave X per the option that was pulled at the last minute---with no advanced notice.

what's old saying? Stuff Happens! Then you execute plan B.

;)

From a 2021 Willy's with a 5-inch screen to this Mojave X delivered right to my job as of today... The leap in the infotainment is a little overwhelming but appearance wise the Mojave is the best looking Gladiator money can buy...

I was actually wondering why most Mojave owners bought that particular level. Most don't live near or drive in desert sands and go dune jumping every month. So I was wondering what the appeal was.

I noticed in the right sunlight, those wheels sort of sparkle as they are going down the highway. My wife insisted on driving mine home while I followed in my car. It was neat to see the wheels. It was like there was some sort of mechanism making them sparkle as they spun.
I wasn't sure at first but have grown to really like them.

The only off-roading my last Gladiator did was on the sand for surf casting so it only felt right to go with a Mojave this time around. Can't wait to see how it handles at the beach..

Based on the one 20 minute drive I had so far everything has been improved on from steering to seat comfort (I might actually get away with not having to install Seat Slammers).

My only concern is all the extra technology compared to my last Willy's. More crap to potentially break...

I am a whole 3 days into my experience so let me lay down some wisdom. When considering this particular trim package, I found radical price differences just in the Dallas area. Autonatioin for some reason, has MSRP Mojave X’s at $64 selling for $48. Texas Trail Editions are in the mis $40’s so the Mojave was a no brainer for me. It might be worth searching Autonation dealers in some different regions if you are looking for the best deal.

You are missing the point here. The value includes the spinner ball attached to the steering wheel that truly makes it more capable. It also assists when off-road and the power steering quits.

Crap - I threw one of those away, like new, because no one in our hotrod Tuesday morning coffee group wanted it. In fact, they laughed. So I tossed it, they said "good place for that"

That seat line does not appear on a 2025 Rubicon-X Gladiator window sticker.
All you get with the 2024 and 2025 Rubicon-X Gladiator is "Power Adjustable Nappa Leather Seats ", 😭. Probably not the same part number between JTMX and JTRX seats. Lots of differentiation inside and outside between the two models - minus the fancy steering wheel, 👿.

I just did a 7 hour round trip to mid Georgia and back in my 2024 Rubicon-X, and the driver seat got uncomfortable on my butt. Drove my 2023 JTR with leather several times on longer trips and it was very comfortable. I should have used that opportunity to play with the 8 way power seats to see if I could find a more comfortable position, but I forgot I even had that option - what a dufus I can be sometimes. Next trip. Otherwise, it handled some of those Georgia dirt and back roads and highways just fine. Of course I am used to the steering and road manners of Jeeps.

If there is a next time, and if they still make a JT, I would seriously consider a Mojave if it still has the steel hood, steel knuckles, shocks, frame strenghtening, etc. That said, I am happy with my JTRX.

IMO, he seats in my wife's JLUR are much better than the seats in her past Grand Cherokees, but you can't adjust them much at all. So you are sort of stuck with the limited forward/backward, seat back tilt and so on.
I haven' had the JTMX on a long trip yet, so time will tell. I need to try to tweak seats more - I'm the sort that gets in, yeah, this will work, and never bother trying to do any better.

About to pull the trigger on a 2025 Mojave X that has some extras. MSRP is $65,745. Got them OTD at $59,200

Not as steep as the ‘24 deals but curious if anyone that’s purchased similarly has some insights. I have been looking through the posts but haven’t seen anything super recent on the ‘25s.
AND, you do NOT get full time 4WD on the 25's.
