Looking for some advice on what size tire to get. I won’t be doing any rock crawling at all. Trails by me are relatively mild and mostly mud.

It’s my daily driver also. Tons of highway driving. Probably going with a 17x9…-12 wheel or maybe a 17x10…-18/-24 if I can find one I like.

Would like tire to fit without looking stuffed or small. Any insight or pics would be appreciated thanks

This is the million dollar question so many on here have. IMHO it all depends on your personal preference and the depth of your wallet.

35’s will require the least amount of additional supporting upgrades but depending on your use some of those upgrades might still be needed even with 35’s.
i.e. gears, axle trusses, steering upgrades, ball joints etc.

If you wheel your rig hard and can afford the extra upgrades go with 37’s. If you’re on a limited budget stick with the 35’s.

If I were you, based on your comments above, I’d stick with 35’s.

Regarding pic’s there’s plenty of those on here with both tire options.

(re)tired...!
I'm looking at adding the exact same kit AEV 2-inch spacer kit to my Mojave and I wheel exactly as it was designed to in the same environment of its namesake and with that being said 35s will adequately fit the bill for my purposes. I had a 2.5-inch lift on my '17 Gobi JKUR with 35s and it got me around just fine without the added expense, etc. of going with a higher lift/bigger tires and it NEVER let me down in some of the pretty extreme off road environments I had it in, and I'm sure my Mojave will do just fine without the front locker and auto sway bar discos in those exact same places...

IMO the 35s are an excellent choice when combined with a high clearance fender. You don't break the bank by needeing to regear or lifting and you get a good aggressive look some additional height and stock handling.

Did you notice your Gladiator driving any different after the lift? Did you use the geometry brackets for the control arms? I have the kit ready to install just trying to decide on the brackets. Mine drives great right now with no wondering and I am hoping to keep it driving the exact same after the spacers are installed.

Hank. I haven't noticed any difference on how it drives with the lift and brackets installed. Still a great ride.
