Went to my local dealer today for the second oil change and was informed there was an outstanding PCM update (I had one done late last year under a recall campaign). The update on my paperwork is:
* 01 RSU 1 [RSU 22-231 22MY JT 3.6 L PDCM SOFTWARE UPDATE ***] 103 W
After I got home, I noticed that my cigarette lighter outlet and Oracle halos didn't work. I went back, they reviewed and told me that the fuse in the add-a-circuit fuse tap wasn't up to the circuit demands and replaced it. Everything worked after that. What I'm having trouble with is how the fuse worked w/o issue before the update. Does anyone know what this update does? Why would the fuse cause issues post update?
