This year marks 25 years since Softopper was born — the original retractable truck top that started it all.

What began in 2000 as a simple idea — a lightweight, retractable alternative to a hard shell — has turned into a trusted name for truck and SUV owners everywhere.

We’re proud to be the original and even more proud of the community that’s grown around these tops. Thanks for rolling with us all these years — here’s to the next 25. 👊

I"ve had my Softopper for almost 2 years now. Love it. I like the screen windows a lot better than the plastic windows. They don't get all scuffed up and you can see a lot better out the back with the screens.

Anyways. 25 years? That's a big deal. But since I have been running one of these babies for almost 2 years (see below) I think I need to make a couple of suggestions on your advertising choices.

1) IMHO, anniversary announcements should come with free stuff, discounts, and/or both.
2) If you're going to come on a Jeep Gladiator forum to brag about years of operation it might be prudent to use an advertisement that actually has a Jeep Glaiator in it. Certainly not one that has a TACO.

That is all. Great product though. Love it. Keeps everything dry. Even with the screen front and back flaps.

Good advice for Softopper, I saw that Taco and thought I accidentally clicked into the 4GTacoma forum!

Sweet looking Gladiator, what lift/tires do you have on that? I like the look with the stock wheels but bigger tires.
