Our 2023 Gladiator Willys is in need of a O2 sensor It only has 3,603 miles. Anyone have to replace one that soon? It was showing engine light. Had it towed. A week ago the dealership just reset the PO300 code and said to pick it up. Didn't get to far and took it back. Doing the same thing. So now they are really going to fix it.

Unfortunately- MAYBE it’ll be fixed. Based off your info if all they get is a P0300 that’s a would be a guess. Unless they are in possession of a service bulletin from the manufacturer that specifically has your VIN range in it—- I would then ask why it wasn’t done on the first visit?
The P0300 in just a generic code for multiple misfires and yes the O2 sensor (primary or secondary) can cause it along with 5-6 other things.
If you have other detailed codes pulled that might help better understand their direction.
