35s, MTs, no poke (11.5s), stock Rubi rims?

That would be a great setup, The toyos have been awesome tires. No issues with balancing, smooth ride and good in wet/snowy conditions. I’m at 10/32 with about 33k miles on them and they’re still quiet. My 2 complaints would be mud performance and they aren’t a true 35, mine currently measure around 33 inches. I also wish they made a 37x11.50

I have the Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT right now. Load range E. Been hard to balance (I balance and rotate every 3000). Great tire in the summer, I really don't care for it in the winter though - seems to get very hard in cold weather... and we have a lot of that here in MN! haha.

Same on the sizing as well. I set my size at 33.8" to get the speedo correct.

Agree! Hopefully someone comes out with a 37x11.5!
